Tessel
An operations agent that books, chases and files so the team doesn’t have to.
The brief
Tessel’s ops team spent half their week on follow-ups. We designed and built an agent that reads the inbox, drafts replies and updates their CRM.
Every action is reviewable, and nothing leaves without a human tap.
