The brief
Halden’s finance team was reconciling cash across twelve spreadsheets every Friday. We mapped the whole ritual, then designed a single dashboard that does the reconciling for them.
The result is a quiet, dense interface: one screen for today’s position, one for forecasts, and a timeline that explains every change.
